How do I book my Hotel Room?
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms in a beautiful Inn and Spa at Loretto in the heart of Santa Fe, NM. The rooms are first come first serve. Our block pricing is $269/night plus taxes and a $35 a night amenity fee. Information on booking your room will be sent after registration.
Do I have to stay at the hotel where the event is being held?
No, however, we highly recommend it. This will save you time traveling to/from your hotel each day, and allow you to spend more time connecting with other participants. Alternatively, there are other nearby hotels and Air B&B options.
When is the cutoff date for getting a room?
Yesterday!! In all seriousness though, we expect this workshop (and our room block at the hotel) to fill up fast.
Are meals included in this workshop?
Meals are not included in this workshop but we will offer tea and coffee each day. We will be giving everyone adequate lunch breaks to eat in the hotel dining area, as well as experience the many restaurants in walking distance. Colette’s very favorite restaurant, a 50 year old diner is an 8 minute walk away. Dinner reservations are encouraged and we will supply you with a list of wonderful restaurants to try. It’s a great opportunity to meet up with people you haven't seen in awhile, or make new and meaningful connections.
What Airport do I fly into?
You can fly into Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) in Albuquerque, NM and take an Uber ride approximately for (1 hour). There is also Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) in Santa Fe, NM.
What should I bring to prepare?
We will have all of your workshop supplies for the weekend, but feel free to bring some of your favorite Colette Baron-Reid Oracle Decks.
What should I wear?
You will want to dress comfortably. The event space temperatures can fluctuate. We suggest bringing a light sweater or sweatshirt. Clothing layers are best. We also suggest comfortable shoes.
What will the weather be like?
The weather in Santa Fe, NM in September exhibits highs during the day of around 77 degrees and lows at night around 47 degrees. Please check the local weather before packing.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund (14 days) from date of purchase. There will be no refunds after August 1, 2025.
Should I get Travelers Insurance?
Yes, We’re in some interesting global times and we highly suggest purchasing travelers insurance for this trip.
