How do I book my Hotel Room?
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at The Encore Boston Harbor Hotel in Everett, MA. Details for this hotel are shared after registration in your Welcome letter via Email.
Do I have to stay at the hotel where the event is being held?
No, however, we highly recommend it. This will save you time traveling to/from your hotel each day, and allow you to spend more time connecting with other participants. Alternatively, there are other nearby hotels and Air B&B options.
When is the cutoff date for getting a room?
Yesterday!! In all seriousness though, we expect this workshop (and our room block at the hotel) to fill up fast.
Are meals included in this workshop? Meals are not included in this workshop but we will offer tea and coffee each day. We will be giving everyone adequate lunch breaks to eat in the hotel dining areas, as well as experience the many restaurants Boston has to offer. Dinner reservations are encouraged and we will supply you with a list of wonderful restaurants to try. It’s a great opportunity to meet up with people you haven't seen in awhile, or make new and meaningful connections.
What Airport do I fly into?
You can fly into Logan International Airport (BOS). The airport is less than 5 miles from The Encore Boston Harbor Hotel in Everett, MA (right outside of Boston). A taxi or car service typically takes about 10–25 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
What should I bring to prepare?
We will have all of your workshop supplies for the weekend, but feel free to bring some of your favorite Colette Baron-Reid Oracle Decks.
What should I wear?
You will want to dress comfortably. The event space temperatures can fluctuate. We suggest bringing a light sweater or sweatshirt. Clothing layers are best. We also suggest comfortable shoes.
What will the weather be like?
Expect an Average high around 75 °F (24 °C) and Average low around 59 °F (15 °C). Pleasant and mild for early fall. It is recommended to check the forecast closer to the event for more weather specifics.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund (14 days) from date of purchase. There will be no refunds after August 1, 2025.
Should I get Travelers Insurance?
Yes, We’re in some interesting global times and we highly suggest purchasing travelers insurance for this trip.
